Contingent Searches
Under a contingent structure, clients do not pay a search fee unless a candidate is hired through their services. The Piedmont Group works with a broad array of clients in diverse industries to place professionals including, but not limited to General Managers, Product Managers, Controllers, National Account Managers, Operations Managers, Engineers, and high level individual contributors.

The contingent search process demands a strategic, proactive response, a comprehensive understanding of the candidate market place and the ability to deliver qualified professionals on short notice. The sum of these factors is achieved through dedication and effort in building personal contacts and relationships with professional in a variety of industries. The Piedmont Group has spent several years nurturing and developing thousands of these relationships.

The contingent search process can be an “exclusive” arrangement with one firm or non-exclusive. The Piedmont Group conducts most of its contingent search work on an exclusive, one-firm only basis.

- Work with you to develop a Skills Matrix to effectively evaluate potential candidates.
- Work with you to craft an internet posting to attract the most qualified candidates.
- Place your position (confidentially) on key job web sites.
- Telephone interview/screen candidates matching the Skills Matrix requirements.
- Forward to you resumes of candidates passing the Skills Matrix and Telephone Screen.
